In cases of suspected fraud or AML breach, mg108 may freeze Account funds pending investigation without being liable for any resulting loss of access to those funds.
You may request permanent closure of your Account at any time by contacting support at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money Balance (excluding forfeited Bonus Funds) will be returned to your nominated payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
